HONEY COLLECTION TEAM AT SUNDARBANS


Collection of wild honey is one of the major livelihood in Sundarbans. Yearly 25-30 metric tonnes honey was collected by villagers on getting permission from Forest department. Entire produces were collected by Forest Department in reasonable rate to boost up socio economic conditions of fringe villagers
